Absolutely not. Rionta does not provide any real estate or lending services. Rionta is a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platform for real estate and mortgage professionals. Customer relationship management (CRM) is a technology design to help company’s relationships and interactions with customers and potential customers. It helps professionals to organize and manage their customer's information, daily business tasks and appointments, transactions, as well as basic communication with all customer's and busienss contacts.
In addition to CRM services Rionta allows people to use rionta.com platform to send out requests for service to the area professionals and receive immidate responces from the professionls who may be online at the time of the request. To accomodate this part of the service Rionta simply act as internet communication platform and is not a part of the business arrangements between customers and professionals.
All services are absolutely free for clients. No subscription is required, however in order to place service requests to professinals clients must be registered. This is neccessary to make sure that there is no spamming, or platform misuse.
Professionals subscribe for CRM use and other related business management services offered by Rionta, or afiliated companies. There are no limits and no charges for engaging with potential customers, who placed request for the services via Rionta platform.
The request status could be changed before you decided to answer to the client. When status of the request changed to COMPLETED (automatically or closed by the cleint), or DELETED (by the client) it will not be shown anymore for the professionals who did not reply.
When people create request for service they expect somebody to contact them right away. Rionta send notification to all the registered agents in the area about new request and up to 5 professionals. When maximum of 5 professionals replied to the client the request automatically marked COMPLETED 5/5 and will not show to any other professionals registered in the area. Only cleint and 5 professionals who submitted the answers will see the request unitl it is archived.
The cleint can deactivate the request by changing status to COMPLETED at any time after he received 1, 2, 3, or 4 replies and found the agent he decided to hire. The status of the request will be shown as COMPLETED 2/2, or COMPLETED 3/3 and deactivated in the system. In this case only client and professionals who send replies will see the request until it is achived.
The cleint can DELETE request at any time before at least 1 professional answered. When status chanegd to DELETED it will not be shown for the cleint and any of the professionals registered even they have received notification in the email prior to deletion of the request.
The best strategy for professionals is to have the profile completed with all information, introduction, and reviews form past cleints, to monitor the system and reply right away, when new request is posted.
